Training & Support is available in many ways:

1. Instructional Resources are available for registered users for using your website, for building your business, and for Norwex specific instructions. Our instructions are good, and helpful, and cover the most common issues. We have manuals, video, instructional articles, and FAQs. Login using the Client Login to access these resources. You can use the links at the bottom of the login box to register for an account. Your account will be approved once we verify that you are a paid Norwex Websites site owner.
2. Online support forums. Questions WILL be answered. No support questions on our forum will be ignored! We prefer that you take questions here, simply because this way, our answer for you can help many people. Support forums are available after you login.
3. Client Training Conference Calls. Training will be available to ALL Norwex websites clients regularly using conference calls. Our staff will walk clients through all the essential elements of editing, maintaining and promoting their websites on these calls as well as answer client questions.
4. Email Support. When you have a question that involves private information, or circumstances particular to your situation, we welcome emails from you, and will answer them as quickly as possible. Just click the Contact Link above for an email form.
5. Phone Support. This is costly to provide, so we ask that you make sure that you need to talk to someone by phone before you call, but if you do, we'll gladly help you.
6. Video Training Series - Its in the works! We are currently working on a complete Video Training Series for Norwex Websites clients which will be launched very soon!
